The UEFA Champions League Draw was made earlier today in Switzerland with mixed fortunes for English teams.
Manchester City are in arguably the most difficult group being drawn against last year's finalists Juventus. And they will also face stern tests against Europa League winners Sevilla, and the emergent Borussia Moenchedgladbach.
Premier League champions Chelsea will play Porto - a team Jose Mourinho won the tournament with in 2004.
Arsenal will renew old rivalries with Bayern Munich in Group F, for this is the third time in four years that they have been drawn against the German superclub.
Meanwhile, Manchester United's return to the competition after a one year absence will see them playing PSV Eindhoven, which will see a return for Memphis Depay to his former club. However, the Old Trafford club will be pleased with their favourable group.
15/16 UEFA Champions League Draw
Each team will play six games in the group stage, with the first two teams qualifying for the play-offs in the last sixteen. The first matches will start on the 15 and 16 September.
